About this home
Meadow sets two 40 ft modules and one 20 ft module in an L shape around a covered deck, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and glass doors from every main room.
Meadow is designed around outdoor living. The modules form an L around a covered deck, so the living room, the kitchen and the primary bedroom all open onto the same sheltered outdoor room.
One wing holds the living space and kitchen, the other holds the bedrooms and bathrooms. The 20 ft module at the corner works as an entry, a home office or a laundry and mudroom, depending on how you live.
Good to know
- The covered deck is built on site by our setup crew
- Works well on sloping sites with stepped piers
